Value chain

The activity of HORIZONTIA covers the entire value chain for solar photovoltaic generation projects and green hydrogen generation. Beginning with the identification and assurance of sites, the design and administrative processing of permits and licenses, the promotion, construction, financing, and ending with the commercial exploitation of the plants.

Project acquisition

Although HORIZONTA promotes its own solar photovoltaic and green hydrogen projects, it also acquires projects developed by other promoters.

Spain will become one of the largest producers of green Hydrogen in Europe in the coming years motivated by the great development that the technology is experiencing and the large amount of solar resource in our country. The production of green hydrogen enables the most efficient and fastest way to decarbonize both industrial and mobility processes based on fossil fuels, such as diesel or natural gas.
Horizontia makes its knowledge and the necessary tools available to municipalities and transport companies to face an effective transition towards decarbonisation. By promoting the incorporation of fleets of freight trucks, buses, garbage collection services or taxis, powered by a fuel clean, green hydrogen.
Horizontia promotes alternative energy solutions to the consumption of fossil energy in industrial sectors where the consumption of clean energy adds value to their products.
